##### **About**

My Ph.D. focused on the impacts of roads on woodland caribou, a species at risk that is rapidly declining across Canada. From 2013-17 I completed two post doctoral fellowships during which I continued working on caribou as well as other large terrestrial mammals such as moose, wolves, and bears. In 2017 I joined Environment and Climate Change Canada, where I continue to expand my work on various species at risk, focusing on predator-prey interactions, animal-habitat relationships, and animal movements. I work in collaboration with provinces, territories and academia to enhance our understanding of human impacts on species at risk, and how to mitigate them. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, comedy, pop culture, and video games.
