Dear Members of the Society of Wetland Scientists South Central Chapter,

Mark your calendars! We're excited to invite you to our upcoming chapter meeting in the beautiful Ozark Mountains at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, from October 9-10, 2025.

Our meeting will be held at the Don Tyson Center (1371 W Altheimer Dr., Fayetteville, AR 72704) and promises two engaging days:

  • Thursday, October 9: A full day of insightful presentations from leading wetland scientists and practitioners. Stay tuned for the detailed agenda, coming soon!
  • Friday, October 10: An enriching field tour exploring the fascinating urban wetlands of Northwest Arkansas.
