Speaker: Kate Pare, Senior Project Manager - Leaf Ninjas Inc.
Kate Pare is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Ecology from the University of Guelph. Currently serving as the Senior Project Manager at Leaf Ninjas Inc., she leads monitoring programs and designs experiments for the research and development division. Her expertise spans diverse regions, including municipalities in AB, SK, and ON, as well as the mining sector in BC. Kate's work focuses on overseeing restoration efforts, monitoring vegetation, and controlling invasive species. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kate actively engages in science education, emphasizing community involvement in restoration and conservation initiatives.
