The Development and Reclamation Review process, as it currently operates, is presented and discussed with the aid of a flow chart. Suggestions are made to improve and expedite the process with particular emphasis on initiation of the process, completeness of the application, and preparation of the approval. Further comments and
suggestions are welcomed.
