In June 2024, Pathways Alliance made significant changes to its environmental communications, including removing environmental reports from its website and other external platforms due to the significant uncertainty created by changes to Canada’s Competition Act. The law does not change the intent of COSIA (the innovation arm of Pathways Alliance), nor the work it is doing. However, the changes to the Competition Act create a vague and unclear standard, making it difficult for COSIA to publicly discuss COSIA’s work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
