Saskatchewan identifies key wildlife zones for Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) testing

Saskatchewan's Ministry of Environment is requesting hunters send in heads of deer, elk, and moose, with particular focus on animals harvested from wildlife management zones 2W, 9, 10, 35, 37, 50, and 55. Heads from these zones will inform research on the presence and potential spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) to the threatened woodland caribou.
