This version of the Inventory of Native Grass Seed Mixes in Alberta spreadsheet, released in December, 2018, was developed by Chris Powter (Enviro Q&A Services), Marshall McKenzie and Christina Small (InnoTech Alberta) as part of the InnoTech Alberta Native Plants Program (NPP).

This file is to be used in conjunction with the Inventory of Native Species Seed Mixes in Alberta: December 2018 Update report, which lists caveats for users to consider when looking at the data.

There are four tabs to navigate below.  The Mixes tab contains the native grass seed mixes.  The Stats tab provides summary statistics derived from the Mixes tab data.  The Most Frequent Species tab lists the species in descending order based on the number of mixes each species is found in.  The Unique Species List tab lists the scientific names of the species in alphabetical order with all of the varities removed (i.e., each scientific name occurs only once in the list).  The NOTES tab contains information on the acronyms, units, zones and seed mix types used in the Mixes tab.
